I’ve always been a hard grafter with a very strong work ethic and when I reflect on last year of frugal hedonism and all the things that I’ve achieved, I realise that the things that give me most fulfillment are the things that I do for other people.
This may be in the shape of charity through our charity Get Up Give Back, it may be through our training business by supporting our Property Entrepreneurs on the Programme, the Advanced or the Board, by supporting friends and family, or just by doing something for somebody else that makes me feel purposeful.
I’ve realised this year that I like to do things for other people and I don’t have any reservations putting myself in that leadership position where I need to carry the weight where required.
